AI Deliberator
Terms of Service
Effective September 4, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and System Analytics LLC, doing business as AI Deliberator (“AI Deliberator,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” buying credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the End User License Agreement, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind it.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring collaborators comply with these Terms.
2. The service
AI Deliberator lets users submit questions, configure groups of third-party language models, view model discussions, generate syntheses and Consideration Maps, and conduct benchmark or research runs. Features, models, availability, limits, and pricing may change. The service may be experimental, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
3. AI output and human responsibility
Model responses are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, offensive, outdated, or fabricated. Agreement among models does not establish truth. Consideration counts, confidence labels, benchmark scores, maps, and citations are analytical aids—not guarantees or professional judgments. You must independently verify outputs and remain responsible for every decision, publication, action, and consequence arising from your use.
The service is not a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice. It is not an emergency service. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; facilitate violence, self-harm, exploitation, harassment, fraud, malware, unauthorized surveillance, or discrimination; make solely automated high-impact decisions about people without legally required safeguards and meaningful human review; extract secrets or evade safeguards; interfere with service operation; probe or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization; overload the service; resell access; misrepresent AI output as verified fact; or submit data, benchmarks, or content you lack authority to use.
Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card data, classified information, protected health information, or highly sensitive personal information. You must obtain required notices, consents, licenses, and permissions before submitting information about another person.
5. User content, research, and collaborators
You retain rights you have in prompts, datasets, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, process, display, and create technical derivatives of User Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law. You represent that your User Content and instructions do not violate law, contract, confidentiality, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
Invited collaborators may view and work with the experiment and its content. The experiment creator controls access and is the billing owner. Do not invite anyone who should not receive that material. Public benchmarks and third-party datasets remain subject to their source licenses; availability in our interface does not expand those rights.
6. Third-party models and services
Questions, relevant prior context, and run instructions may be transmitted to the model providers selected for a run, including providers such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, or DeepSeek. Authentication, payment, hosting, and database vendors also process data to provide their functions. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or fail independently of us.
7. Credits, estimates, and payment
One credit represents one U.S. dollar of application spending power unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Runs may require a credit reservation based on a free estimate. Estimates are not fixed quotes: actual charges are based on measured usage and the price and markup displayed when you launch. If actual charges exceed the reserved amount or available balance, results may be withheld until the balance is paid. The experiment creator—not invited collaborators—is charged for its usage.
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Except where law requires otherwise or we expressly state otherwise, purchased credits and completed model usage are nonrefundable, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not bank deposits. You authorize the displayed charge and agree not to initiate an improper reversal. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
8. Ownership and license
We and our licensors own the service, software, design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. We grant you only the limited license described in the EULA. To the extent permitted by applicable provider terms and law, we do not claim ownership of model output generated for you. No output is guaranteed to be unique or protectable, and similar output may be generated for others.
9. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, without identifying you publicly unless you consent.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, prevent suspected abuse or nonpayment, or address a material breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive. Data deletion and retention remain governed by the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, MODELS, OUTPUTS, BENCHMARKS, AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE CORRECT OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI DELIBERATOR AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited and will be applied only to the extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Deliberator and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your User Content, collaborators, violation of these Terms, unlawful use, or infringement of another person’s rights. We may control the defense of a covered claim, and you will reasonably cooperate.
14. Dispute resolution and class-action waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR CLASS PROCEEDING. Before filing a claim, the complaining party must send a detailed written notice to the contact below and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Except for qualifying small-claims matters or claims seeking temporary injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized system access, disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration may occur by video, telephone, documents, or in Fulton County, Georgia, unless applicable rules require another location.
You and we waive trial by jury and agree that claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, coordinated, or representative action. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court after arbitrable claims are resolved.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by emailing info@systemanalytics.net with your full name, account email, and an unambiguous request to opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the other Terms.
15. Governing law
Georgia law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration. Any dispute not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice or require renewed acceptance. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
17. General terms
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the service. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder remains effective. These Terms, the EULA, Privacy Policy, and checkout disclosures are the entire agreement concerning the service and supersede prior discussions on that subject. Headings are for convenience only.
