AI Deliberator
End User License Agreement
Effective September 4, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is part of the AI Deliberator Terms of Service. It governs the software interface, client code, documentation, and service functionality made available by System Analytics LLC. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms.
1. Limited license
Subject to your continuing compliance and payment of applicable charges, we grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonsublicensable license to access and use the service through supported interfaces for your internal personal, academic, or business purposes. This is a license, not a sale.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or commercially expose the software; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where law expressly prohibits that restriction; bypass access, billing, rate, safety, or technical controls; use automated means to scrape or burden the service; remove ownership notices; introduce malicious code; use the service to develop a substantially similar competing service through systematic extraction; or permit unauthorized access through your account.
3. Reservation of rights
The software is licensed only. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted, including rights in source code, interfaces, workflows, designs, trademarks, and documentation. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
4. Updates and service changes
We may deploy patches, security changes, upgrades, model substitutions, feature changes, or discontinuations automatically. Updates may be required for continued use and are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.
5. Your systems and data
You are responsible for compatible devices, connectivity, backups, account security, and lawful rights to data you submit. The license does not grant us ownership of your User Content. Processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Export and sanctions
You may not use or export the service in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the service under applicable trade restrictions.
7. Termination
This license begins when you first accept it and ends when your account is terminated or you violate it. On termination, you must stop using the software. Termination does not eliminate accrued payment obligations or provisions intended to survive.
8. Warranty, liability, and disputes
The disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, governing law, and contact provisions in the Terms are incorporated into this EULA. If this EULA conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control unless this EULA expressly says otherwise.
